Buying good quality second hand pieces of furniture is an investment. They will hold their price (at least) or go up in value. Desirable furniture has a good resale value.

Our advice is to buy the best you can afford.

For example:

Chesterfield 3 seater sofa £350

Full suite 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs £550 - to buy new would be around £3,000

3 seater, 2 seater and chair Blue leather as new £995

Pine corner unit £155

Victorian dresser on sale for £200 - would be over £1,000 new.

6 piece wooden frame suite - £300. Dated 1998. Nearly new and excellent condition. If it had been new it would have been about £3000.
